Download SMS Link for Android
SMS Link runs on the Android phone that holds your SIM and forwards incoming messages — verification codes included — to Telegram, a webhook, or your other signed-in devices.
Google Play is the easier route
SMS Link is published on Google Play, which installs and updates it for you. This direct download is the fallback for phones without Play services, or where the store is unavailable — the same app, signed with the same release key.
What permissions it needs, and why
SMS Link asks to read and receive SMS. That is the whole point of the app: it must see an incoming message to forward it. Messages go only where you configure — your Telegram chat, your webhook, or your own signed-in devices. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties. Install it only on a phone you own.
How to install
1) Tap Download below. 2) Open the downloaded file — Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser; allow it. 3) If Play Protect shows a warning for a non-store app, choose to install anyway. 4) Open SMS Link, sign in, grant the SMS permission, then set up a forwarding outlet on the Forward tab.
Verify what you downloaded
Each release publishes its SHA-256 checksum on this page. If you want to be certain the file was not tampered with, compare it: shasum -a 256 sms-link.apk
FAQ
Is it safe to install an APK from a website?
Only install APKs from a source you trust. This build is signed with our release key, and the SHA-256 checksum is published here so you can verify the exact file you downloaded.
How is this different from the Play version?
It is not — same app, same release key, same features. Play handles install and updates for you; this page exists for devices that cannot use Play.
How do I get updates?
Sideloaded apps do not auto-update. SMS Link checks this site for a newer version and tells you when one is available; you then download it here.
Do I still need SMS View?
Only if you want to read your messages on another device. SMS Link alone can forward to Telegram or a webhook.
